My Pet Sensitivity Testing Technology
My Pet Sensitivity uses bioresonance as a testing technology. The brand has invested in a state-of-the-art bioresonance machine.
Do not be confused by the complex wording – despite the technical name, bioresonance works in a straightforward way.
Namely, the machine measures the electromagnetic signals from the pet sample and compares them to the signals of potential triggering items previously entered in the database.
My Pet Sensitivity’s bioresonance testing technique requires a hair sample, which has several advantages compared to other tests that work on saliva and blood.
For example, hair samples are simple and painless to collect, offer a broad range of health-related information, are not immediately affected by medications and consumed foods, and are stable during shipping and storage.
The bioresonance testing My Pet Sensitivity uses covers 460 items classified into 5 categories, including food and non-food, additives, environmental, nutrition, and metals & minerals.
How Does the My Pet Sensitivity Advanced Test Work?
The My Pet Sensitivity Advanced Test works in five steps. The platform is user-friendly, and the brand’s instructions are easy to follow.
First, you must visit the brand’s website, mypetsensitivity.com, and purchase the test. Once the purchase is completed, you will receive two emails, one confirming the purchase and the other for test registering (which can be done at your convenience).
The next step is test registration or activation. To do this, use the unique reference code that was sent to you in the order confirmation email. When the test is activated, My Pet Sensitivity sends you an email with detailed instructions on collecting the sample.
To collect the sample, cut or brush out 10 to 15 strands of hair from your pet (fewer hairs are enough if the coat is longer) and place them in a small sealable bag. When cutting the hair, try doing so as close to the root as possible, but remember the root is not necessary for the test.
Mail the sample to the My Pet Sensitivity testing lab (use the address provided in the email with instructions). The brand will send you a confirmation email titled “sample received” once the sample has arrived in the lab (check SPAM and JUNK folders just in case).
The final step is getting the results (within 3 to 5 days of the sample’s arrival in the lab). The results are displayed in a report categorizing the troublesome items into two groups – “High Reactivity” and “Moderate Reactivity.” The report also includes elimination diet advice and a food diary template.

Best Pet Intolerance Test Out There
“I’m so happy that I stumbled upon this intolerance test for my Pomeranian; she’s been battling black skin disease, hair loss, and thinning for two years. We couldn’t understand why she suddenly got it. Come to find out; she was allergic to everything we were feeding her, like her chicken kibble and even strawberries and berries. It hasn’t even been a month, and we’re already noticing her skin healing and new hair growth. I HIGHLY recommend this test for all parents whose vet told them that their Pomeranian has alopecia X; chances are your dog is just intolerant to something you’re feeding them. This was worth every penny! I wish I had known and found this sooner. THANKS, 5Strands!!! “

Best thing I’ve done for my dog’s health and happiness
“By far the best thing I’ve done for my dog’s health and happiness. I’ve done allergy tests by veterinarians before, and they don’t come close to this test. If I could give another star for the ease of the app, I would, and the quick search the app has to look up something on the test quickly is amazing. I highly recommend and will buy more for other dogs in my family. My pit bull had very bad allergies, and until this test, I couldn’t pinpoint what to eliminate; it turns out she was highly allergic to fish and poultry, which are supposed to be good for skin and coats. So I traded one allergy for another, trying to eliminate it without the test. Now that I have the results, she’s already itching less and not digging “into her neck and ears. Hopefully, she’ll be off allergy medication in the future. That you guys SO much for making this amazing product!!!!”
